After leaving University as a graduate in Sciences in 2010, Kelly fell into the exciting World of Recruitment. With humble beginnings as a Science Recruitment Specialist, Kelly quickly rose up the career ladder to become a Senior Leader in recruitment.
After moving into commercial FMCG recruitment, Kelly quickly became one of the UK's leading specialists in Toys, Giftware, Baby & Homewares search & selection.
Kelly noticed that service within the FMCG recruitment industry was often neglected. Receiving feedback from both candidates and clients, Kelly vowed to dedicate DPA to exceptional service.
